Qualifications:
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on mechatronics or related fields.
- Extensive experience in designing complex mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Expertise in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX) and simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics.
- Proven track record of innovation, including patents or publications, is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
