Principal Full Stack Engineer / GCP / Angular

A leading construction planning company based in Boston is urgently hiring a Principal Java Engineer for a full-time role! You will play a pivotal role in developing a scalable cloud-based construction and analytics application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications.
• Enhance and optimize time scale functionality to provide minute-by-minute tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Ensure robust and secure application architecture using modern technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster growth and maintain high coding standards.

Tech Stack:

• Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Typescript
• Database: Postgres, MongoDB
• Architecture: Microservices
• Tools: Docker, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Qualifications:

• 8+ YOE in full stack development with a strong background in Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in frontend technologies including Angular and Typescript.
• Solid experience with Postgres and MongoDB or Firebase.
• Proficiency in using Docker and deploying applications on GCP (AWS experience also accepted)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in scaling applications to handle large volumes of users and data.
