We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a complex hybrid infrastructure environment that spans AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise data centers. This individual will work closely with TechOps, DevOps, and InfoSec teams to ensure the delivery of resilient, secure, and observable systems—built and maintained with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, own deliverables end-to-end, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Design, evaluate, test, and implement advanced technical solutions that address diverse business needs across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

Support and maintain infrastructure components including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems.

Lead and manage complex, high-impact changes while ensuring infrastructure stability and availability.

Serve as a key liaison between TechOps and Engineering, Architecture, Information Security, and Production Support teams.

Drive initiatives related to system reliability, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.

Maintain high availability and operational performance across systems and network infrastructure.

Align infrastructure strategy with overall business and IT goals.

Plan and coordinate software/hardware upgrades and lifecycle activities in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Develop and maintain technical documentation including procedures, network diagrams, and runbooks.

Conduct root cause analysis and support forensic investigations using monitoring and observability tools.

Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing.

Champion configuration management and change control policies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

6+ years of experience in enterprise environments including Windows, Linux, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) platforms.

6+ years of experience in enterprise-level system/network design and support.

Demonstrated commitment to achieving 100% uptime across critical infrastructure.

Advanced hands-on experience with:

Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama
-
Juniper (preferred), Cisco, or HPE Aruba switching platforms
-
VLAN/subnet design and implementation
-
OSPF and BGP routing protocols
-
IPSec VPN technologies
-
Enterprise wireless solutions (Juniper preferred)

Solid proficiency in:

Network security concepts including ACLs, 802.1x, and NAC

Authentication technologies: LDAP (Active Directory preferred), RADIUS

Windows Server and Linux operating systems

Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Perl

Strong experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools.

Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Proven success in delivering multiple complex projects independently and in a team setting.

Deep expertise in Palo Alto technologies (PCNSA/PCNSE certified preferred)

Experience with Juniper networking platforms (JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP certifications preferred)

Exposure to AWS and Azure networking and security models

Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Configuration Management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or similar

Additional certifications: CCSP, ITIL, or other relevant methodologies and best practices
