A Robotics Solution company who is changing the game in Warehouse Automation, is searching for a highly motivated and multifaceted Senior Product Manager to join the Cambridge, Massachusetts team fulltime!

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage product life cycle for warehouse automation solutions, from brainstorming stages through to the launch.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that corresponds with market needs.
  • Create detailed product roadmaps specifications, and timelines to guide development efforts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical viability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and field deployment, to ensure a successful product advancement and launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing clear and concise communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Act as an intentional thought partner to executive leadership in engineering, sales and marketing.
