Sr Business Analyst - Postal Digital Solutions

This company that provides customer engagement solutions to postal services and related industries is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their expanding team. This is a full time, fully remote position.

The company’s main platform enables postal workers to manage transactions across a variety of channels including kiosks, mobile devices, tablets, physical counters, and more. They also help their clients adopt digital solutions to increase their operational efficiency. This hire will be responsible for interfacing with customers and providing presentations on new requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ YOE in Business Analyst roles
• Experience gathering and presenting requirements
• Experience creating flowcharts and diagrams
• Experience using JIRA within Agile and Scrum ceremonies
• Experience working with applications, understanding interactions between systems
• Familiarity with technical frameworks

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working with POS development for kiosks, counters, or handheld devices
• Understanding of mailing processes
• Experience working with Microsoft Visio

Daily Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Present new requirements to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with solution architects to create technical design documents
• Participate in integration, user acceptance, and functionality testing
• Create flowcharts and diagrams
