Overview

Seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead systems and platform integration across digital customer platforms with a focus on underwriting, customer experience, and sales compensation ecosystems. You will translate business needs into technical execution, manage the product backlog, and ensure alignment across data, AI, and engineering teams.

What You Will Do

• Drive systems integration strategy and execution across core platforms

• Own the product backlog and roadmap with a focus on cross-system workflows

• Translate business and customer needs into user stories and clear acceptance criteria

• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure compliance with data and AI standards

• Break down data and API requirements to support scalable delivery

• Coordinate release readiness and support go-to-market planning

• Improve processes and measure progress through OKRs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Five to seven years in product ownership or digital platform management

• Experience integrating systems, API-driven applications, and multi-platform workflows

• Strong understanding of data structures, platform dependencies, and customer experience flows

• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation

Base range: 96000 to 150000 annually
May also include performance-based incentives.
