Change Implementation Consultant

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of project management/implementation experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently that are in various stages with various priorities.
• Electronic payments experience, specifically with ACH and card payments.
• Treasury product solutions experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
• Work with external customers to prepare project scope/plan, statement of work, and project milestones to deliver a quality implementation experience.
• Work with product vendor and third parties to ensure customer setup is accurate and timely.

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Change Implementation.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Change Implementation assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Change Implementation.
