Required Skills & Experience
- Jira experience
- User story writing
- Agile experience
- UAT experience
- Address and manage defect requests.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
- Write and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts.
- Perform testing of UAT scripts.
- Work heavily with JIRA for task management and defect tracking.
- Operate in a fully Agile environment.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident and request tracking.
