What You Will Be Doing
- The consultant will be supporting several operational initiatives. Primarily help translate operational needs into structured requirements and ensure documentation and workflows align with how the team actually operates.
- Supporting configuration activities
- Helping analyze workforce data outputs
- Interpreting Tableau data outputs
- Building analysis models in Excel
- Creating staffing analysis narratives to support operational decisions
- Gathering requirements
- Updating workflows
- Implementing improvements through a future Pega system
- Clean up documentation
- Facilitate conversations with subject matter experts
- Improve process clarity
