What You Will Be Doing
  • The consultant will be supporting several operational initiatives. Primarily help translate operational needs into structured requirements and ensure documentation and workflows align with how the team actually operates.
  • Supporting configuration activities
  • Helping analyze workforce data outputs
  • Interpreting Tableau data outputs
  • Building analysis models in Excel
  • Creating staffing analysis narratives to support operational decisions
  • Gathering requirements
  • Updating workflows
  • Implementing improvements through a future Pega system
  • Clean up documentation
  • Facilitate conversations with subject matter experts
  • Improve process clarity
