Contract Duration: 9+ Months with strong likelihood of extension

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Creating GenAI product playbooks and SOPs
• Confluence
• Process and control documentation
• Training and enablement materials
• Operational readiness checklists
• Technology enablement and governance frameworks
• Documentation standards and controls
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Comfort operating in regulated environments

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Build and maintain Confluence pages and GenAI product documentation.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Support governance, controls, and compliance documentation.
• Create training materials and onboarding content for GenAI capabilities.
• Standardize product management artifacts across initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure readiness.
