Contract Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Required Skills & Experience
  • We need someone to work directly with product delivery from conception to going live, working closely with operations technology
  • The experience required is Product Management and Ownership
  • Must have a strong understanding of Agile Principles from a product delivery standpoint
  • Experienced in writing and identifying requirements, and convey that to delivery teams and ability to prioritize work and maintain backlogs
  • This resource needs to be able to communicate up to Senior management and provide senior level communications including slides and decks
  • Good background knowledge in banking and payments is required
  • Ideally that banking and payments knowledge includes Swift and ISO 2022, we are not requiring it but those candidates will stand out 
What You Will Be Doing
  • The teams main focus is delivery and support of the Swift Core Services Product and an ISO 2022 transformation
  • The Swift network is converting legacy messages types to ISO 2022 messages, mandates will be extending through 2026. These are industry mandates for all institutions that participate in Swift payments
  • As an organization, we have to adhere to those mandates, overall this is about executing the plan to meet those mandates.
