Principal IAM Engineer

We are helping a leading trading shop in Chicago. They are known for their quantitative approach, wide range of asset classes, and entrepreneurial culture. They are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with experience establishing IAM practices in a global organization. They are not looking for GRC or non-engineering backgrounds, as this role is highly technical.

You will design and support IAM solutions that meet organizational and security goals while ensuring regulatory compliance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement secure access controls, manage entitlements, and run access review campaigns. Deploy and maintain PAM systems to safeguard sensitive assets, and enhance detection of identity-based threats through analytics and insider risk tools. Finally, you will lead efforts in adopting advanced authentication methods like FIDO2 and MFA, and respond to identity security incidents with a focus on automation and efficiency. 


Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience specializing in IAM Engineering
• Experience designing and leading IAM policy
• Strong Active Directory experience
• MFA, PAM, JWT, etc.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
