Exciting role for a full-time End User Computing (EUC) Manager to join a growing cannabis industry technology team. Leveraging expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, macOS, MDM, and VDI, the EUC Manager will ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed in this dynamic industry.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in end-user computing, IT support, or desktop engineering
- 10+ years of experience managing IT teams and IT service delivery
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, macOS, MDM, and VDI
- Proficiency in desktop imaging, software deployment, and patch management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Jamf)
- Knowledge of IT security best practices, including endpoint security and identity management
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and eligible to work in the cannabis industry
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- CompTIA A+ or similar IT support certifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Experience supporting remote and hybrid workforce environments
- Background in implementing automation and self-service initiatives
- Experience in cannabis or similarly regulated industries
