Senior .Net Engineer / Chicago / Hybrid

Leading real estate investment organization is looking to grow their team by adding a Senior .Net Developer. They are focused on the acquisition, development, and management of high-quality properties in top U.S. growth markets. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior .Net Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our technology initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Senior .Net Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications and services. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver scalable and robust solutions that enhance our management systems and client services. This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days onsite to their Chicago office.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, SQL and .NET Core)
• Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing and mentoring development teams.
• Strong experience in deploying in Azure
• Proficiency with creating CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Typescript and Angular
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Passion for technology and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
