Helpdesk Analyst

Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a 12+ month contract in Coppell, TX. This role is fully onsite M-F.

This role is responsible for supporting Level 1 tickets and issues along with supporting customers while using the appropriate ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Windows 10/11, Office Suite, Apple iPhone, and troubleshooting Local & Network Printers.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service experience
  • Help desk or technical support experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows (specifically 10/11)
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot software
  • Experience supporting web-based applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Good written skills
  • Ability to work in team environments
  • CompTIA A+ or any related certifications
