Our client, which is a leader in orthodontic and dental partnerships, is looking to grow their Systems Administration. This is a client that operates nationally, they partner with local orthodontist and dental practice to help with managing their finances, but also drive customer engagement/sales.

Experience with both legacy Cisco VoIP equipment and WebX is nice to have. The ideal candidate is strong with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCX, Cisco Unity, Content Center, and Cisco WebX. If you have strong documentation and processes skills that is a huge plus!

The role is full-time, onsite in a hybrid model out of their Plano branch.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-4+ years of experience within an IT Systems role
  • Strong Windows experience
  • Proven experience with:
    • Active Directory/Group Policies
    • O365/M365
    • Exchange
    • PowerShell
  • Prior knowledge of any VoIP/call center technology is ideal – TalkDesk and/or G12.
  • Experience with remote desktop support.
The Offer
  • 3-6 month contract $40-55/hr
