A growing real estate organization here in Dallas is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This is a company that has been around for over 15 years, already manages over $10B in real estate assets around the nation.
Their need for an Infrastructure Engineer is due to their desire to enhance their current IT infrastructure. Ideally, this will be an engineer that embraces a jack-of-all-trades position – handling systems, network, and cybersecurity functions. This will be a role that helps with upgrading their Windows servers, handles their Cisco Meraki administration, oversee their Entra and Okta components, and then help with their security compliance (so any SOC/SOX/ISO experience would be ideal).
Due to the complexity of the role, this position would require strong communication and be a true team player. You will partner closely with their Director of Data and CISO on a lot of the initiatives.
This is a full-time role, will be hybrid/onsite in their Dallas office. Salary will be between $100-130K plus potential for a bonus.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in an Infrastructure role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Cisco.
- Proven knowledge of Entra, SharePoint, Okta, and/or Meraki.
- Working knowledge of security compliance frameworks.
- Strong work ethic with great communication skills.
- Bachelors/Masters is a nice to have.
- Competitive Rate: Between $100-130K
