Network Administrator I / Plano, TX / Onsite

A leader in the healthcare space that provides patients with at home and in-center dialysis is hiring for a Network Administrator on a full time basis. This is an onsite role located in Plano, TX. 

The company is ideally looking to hire a detail-oriented IT professional skilled in network and telephony support. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, coordinate assignments, and assist with projects while serving as the first point of contact for the IT helpdesk. Experience with mobile device management -Intune preferred, Meraki wireless, and cloud-based tools like RingCentral or NICE is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

• Troubleshooting network and telephony issues
• LAN/WAN, routing, and switching knowledge
• VOIP telephony and Meraki wireless experience
• Mobile device management experience – Intune preferred
• Network outage response and basic troubleshooting
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Strong communication and user support skills

• Cloud-based telephony tools (RingCentral, NICE, InContact)
• Network preventative maintenance experience
• Mobile device troubleshooting and management
• Project-based network support
