Senior System Administrator

Our client, a local healthcare company, is looking for a Senior System Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will own their Entra and Microsoft 365 platforms to ensure everything is current and running smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining their Windows, VMware, and Azure based servers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Windows system administration with recent experience working with Azure environments. Having experience rearchitecting active directories is nice to have. Tech wise, they need someone skilled with VMware ESXi, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra. This is a direct hire role, fully onsite in Dallas, Texas. Compensation is $120-130K plus bonus potential. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a hybrid on-prem Windows and Azure based infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of Entra and Microsoft 365 platforms and functions.
• Experience writing Powershell scripts to automate mundane processes.
• Working knowledge of VMware servers and ESXi.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Technical certifications a plus.
