This organization offers first aid, fire protection, and workplace safety services to industrial clients—and they're looking for a hungry B2B sales pro ready to own a protected Chicagoland territory (SW Suburbs or Chicago) and scale new client growth.

Required Skills & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in outside sales (B2B or industrial preferred)

  • Strong cold calling and prospecting ability

  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Knowledge of OSHA standards

  • CRM experience (any platform)

  • Track record of closing new business and building rapport with decision-makers


What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

  • 80% Hunting / Cold Calling / Pipeline Generation

  • 10% Internal Collaboration & CRM Reporting

  • 10% Marketing Support / Brand Awareness Activities

The Offer

Commission eligible – Uncapped earning potential ($40K–$135K+ annually in commission, highest earners seeing around $200k annually)

You will receive the following benefits:

  • Base Salary: $45,000–$51,750

  • Monthly Car & Phone Stipend ($9,000 annually)
