Level 3 System Engineer/Onsite/PA

An established MSP in the Fort Washington, PA area is seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer to join the team full-time onsite. This role provides advanced technical support and project implementation for client environments, ensuring stability and scalability across multiple platforms. Personality and client-facing skills are critical for success in this position.

The position involves working on virtualization, server deployments, and Microsoft 365 migrations, as well as troubleshooting complex issues. The Level 3 Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of VMware and virtualization technologies
• Experience spinning up and configuring servers
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 migrations and administration
• Solid understanding of domains and Active Directory
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Exposure to backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
