Senior Network/Systems Engineer/Bucks County, PA

In this full-time, on-site position in Bucks County, PA, you’ll work with modern infrastructure technologies including cloud architecture, Hyper-V systems, and enterprise networking. The role offers hands-on engineering and design opportunities to build resilient, high-performance environments that support next-generation health solutions. Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems, or networking roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dell and Ubiquiti hardware
• Strong on-prem networking experience including routing, switching, firewalls, and VLAN configuration.
• Ability to design and implement enterprise routing setups and multiple VLAN networks.
• Enterprise-level server work, including VMware and high availability configurations.
• Experience in mixed Windows and Linux environment administration.
• Expertise using the M365 stack: SharePoint, Teams, AD in mixed environments.
• Project experience building up data centers and configuring failover clusters.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).

Desired Skills & Experience:

• IoT or edge compute experience.
• Knowledge of Azure Government.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Wazuh).
• Multi-datacenter networking with SDN overlays.
• Solid Kubernetes knowledge.
• Exposure to Zero Trust networking and identity-aware firewall policies.
