Senior AV/UC Solutions Director

We’re hiring a Senior AV Solutions Director for a full-time role based in King of Prussia , PA (hybrid) with a fast-growing organization that designs and delivers cutting-edge audiovisual and unified communications solutions. T
his company is known for executing complex, high-impact AV environments across corporate, higher education, and enterprise clients, leveraging modern AV-over-IP, UC platforms, control systems, and networked media technologies to create seamless user experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

· 10+ years of experience in professional AV design, engineering, or solutions architecture
· 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role
· Strong background in AV-over-IP, control systems, DSP, and unified communications
· Experience leading technical teams and managing complex, multi-site deployments
· Client-facing experience with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

· CTS-D, CTS-I, or equivalent certifications
· Experience with enterprise UC platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex)
· Strong understanding of networked AV and IT infrastructure
· Previous experience in a systems integrator or large enterprise environment
