MSP Field Engineer/Hybrid

A growing MSP in Montgomery County, PA is hiring a full-time MSP Engineer to join their team. They support a variety of clients and work across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and cloud (Azure/AWS). It’s a great role for someone who likes solving complex issues and working across different environments.

You’ll be the go-to escalation point, helping solve high-level issues while mentoring junior engineers. You’ll still be hands-on, but also have a voice in how things are built and improved. It’s a solid opportunity for someone who wants a mix of technical work, leadership, and real growth without being stuck in a purely management role.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years in systems engineering or advanced support
· Strong MSP experience handling escalations
· Windows Server + Active Directory expertise
· Microsoft 365 experience
· Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
· Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)

Desired Skills & Experience
· Azure or AWS experience
· PowerShell or scripting
· Backup/DR tools
· RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)
· Relevant certifications
