We’re hiring an MSP Coordinator / Manager for a full-time role based in Phoenixville with a growing Managed Services Provider that supports a diverse client base across IT infrastructure, end-user support, and field services.
This organization prides itself on operational excellence and client experience, leveraging modern ticketing systems, documentation platforms, and workflow tools to keep service delivery running smoothly and efficiently.
· Experience working in an MSP or IT services environment
· Strong client-facing communication skills (phone, email, ticketing)
· Experience handling client intake calls and issue triage
· Ability to dispatch and coordinate field or technical teams
· Strong organizational and documentation skills
· Experience with ticketing systems and task management tools
· Prior experience in an MSP Coordinator, Service Manager, or Dispatch role
· Familiarity with ITIL or service delivery best practices
· Experience with tools like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Autotask, or similar
· Leadership or team coordination experience
· Process improvement or workflow optimization experience
