Lead Field Engineer/MSP/Hybrid

Are you looking to be a Lead/Senior on a medium sized team?
This is a full-time Senior Field Engineer role based in the Greater Philadelphia area with a well-established MSP known for its strong client relationships and modern technology stack. You’ll work hands-on across Microsoft, networking, virtualization, cloud, and on-site client support environments, supporting small to mid-sized businesses with diverse technical needs.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5–8+ years of experience working for an MSP
· Strong Windows Server, O365/Entra ID, and Azure experience
· Advanced networking skills (switching, routing, firewalls)
· VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
· Experience handling on-site client escalations and project work

Desired Skills & Experience
· Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or AZ-104
· Experience with backup and DR platforms (Veeam, Datto)
· Firewall experience (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto)
· Scripting or automation (PowerShell)
