Sr Full Stack Developer

Our client is hiring for a Full Stack Developer to join their engineering team in Atlanta, Goergia! You will focus on building scalable applications, driving cloud migrations, and leveraging AI/ML to deliver innovative solutions across critical business platforms. The team works primarily with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, AWS, and AI/ML tools.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on developer passionate about modern software engineering. You’ll get to design, build, and optimize cloud-native applications while applying machine learning tools like NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems. Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Route 53, EKS, etc.)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Experience with APIs (REST, WebSocket) and functional programming
• Exposure to AI/ML tools (NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems)
• Version control and CI/CD experience (Git, Jenkins)

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Python, C#, or .NET development
• Prior involvement in cloud migrations or serverless architecture
• Strong understanding of software craftsmanship practices (TDD/BDD, test automation)
• Hands-on experience maintaining production systems and on-call support

Daily Responsibilities:

•  Develop and enhance scalable software, APIs, and cloud-native applications
•  Management Duties: Optimize performance, monitor metrics, resolve issues, support production systems
• Team Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and cross-functional discussions
