A client is looking to bring on a Telephony Manager to join their team. This team screens in 80k calls per week regarding their auto insurance through claims department, sales, and support. This client need someone who can manage their cloud based telephony environment for screening their calls, manage and configure cues. They’re looking for someone who has telecom experience and can understand the different nuances of state regulations. This infrastructure team runs rather lean compared to the size of the business and it’s needs. They need someone who can hit the ground running. The client is looking for someone who is extremely collaborative and seeks other confident individuals to make a significant impact on their code, new initiatives, and culture.
This role is hybrid 3 days a week in Smyrna, GA, near the battery. You’d be joining a high-level, rather senior team to make a massive impact on the products, code, and team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience supporting large telephony environment
- 5+ years of experience with Azure
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree
