The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead key transformation projects. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, and quality, while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will follow established guidelines and drive projects to completion in alignment with the company’s goals.
Required Skills and Experiences
- A Bachelor of Science degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience managing medium to large-scale technology projects, including implementations and system upgrades.
- A minimum of 3 years working with business systems such as ERP, HCM, SaaS, or mobile applications, focusing on new implementations or continuous improvement.
- 5 years of experience in scope management, analyzing requirements, and preparing technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with JD Edwards ERP, Power Platform, and Data Analytics is an advantage.
- A strong sense of cultural awareness and a team-oriented mindset.
- Skilled in building positive relationships and facilitating collaboration.
- Expertise in identifying and engaging stakeholders using tools like interviews and surveys.
- Adept at managing multiple projects or tasks effectively with strong planning skills.
- Proven ability to solve challenges independently and handle conflicts constructively.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to inspire and energize both personal and team efforts.
- Willing to work varying hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends, to meet deadlines.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in different office setups (cubicle, open space, private office).
- Proficient in using a personal computer for extended periods.
- Able to communicate effectively and understand oral communications via phone or in person.
- Skilled in using common office devices like phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
- Spanish language skills are a valuable asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with various tools and techniques for identifying and engaging stakeholders.
- Strong ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve project goals.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to manage the implementation and commissioning of systems and equipment.
- Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and organizational policies.
- Identify and address project risks or issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and maintaining effective communication across all levels.
- Track project progress, performance, and resource utilization to ensure projects remain on track.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of progress, changes, and any potential risks.
