We are representing a full time Business Development Associate role with a rapidly growing mortgage fintech company located in Irvine. In this role, you will build and grow the affiliate partnership pipeline by researching prospects, conducting outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and managing the full relationship through launch. This is a high activity role within a company focused on modernizing the reverse mortgage space through digital channels and strong partner acquisition.

· 2+ years of mortgage, financial services, or B2B partnerships experience
· Proven outbound prospecting experience and comfort with high volume outreach
· Salesforce proficiency
· Strong communication, relationship building, and follow up skills

· Experience with affiliate marketing or partnership programs
· Ability to qualify leads and prioritize high value targets
· Strong organization and CRM pipeline management abilities What You Will Be Doing

· 100 percent Salesforce and sales engagement tools
Daily Responsibilities
· 90 percent hands on prospecting, outreach, qualification, and partner management
· 10 percent collaboration with marketing and compliance teams The Offer
