Sr. Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join their team in Irvine, CA! You will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage complex interdependencies are critical for success in this position.

Contract Duration: 4-5 months (through March 31, 2026)

Overview

• The Sr Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the HCP loyalty program (APP 2.0), ensuring effective management of status, dependencies, and risks across multiple cross-functional teams.
• This role requires strategic coordination of initiatives spanning the loyalty program and two customer-facing portals, including the Allergan Direct e-commerce site.
• The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining clear communication channels, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving team accountability as projects progress through key milestones.
• Reporting directly on project management and execution efforts from each team, the Sr Program Manager will be the central point for escalating issues and aligning teams with business objectives.
• The role will also lead regular status updates and communicate project progress to senior business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.

 

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience
• Proven experience rolling out critical programs at scale.
• Leading regular status updates and communicate project progress to senior business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
• STRONG Stakeholder Management (will occur daily or every other day).
• Senior leadership engagement - Highly organized and responsive, and has that senior leadership presence.
• Project management and documentation
• Development and roadmap management
• Able to work Eastern/Central Time zone hours.

 

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on deploying large applications and development.
• PM experience within the IT space.
• Healthcare experience, e-commerce platform experience, Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred.
