Description: Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.
Responsible for assisting in the day to day processing of foreclosures.
Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.
Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.
Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.
Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
Coordinates and processes all mailings.
Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
Orders and reviews title reports using multiple applications.
Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
Skills: 1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience Team player Resourceful Customer service skills Communication skills: verbal & written Proficient MS Office skill set; Excel skills Working with confidential and proprietary information. Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging customer interactions, and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail .
