Grow your career as a Technical Business Analyst with an innovative global bank. Contract role with strong possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality modern solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team. Will be accountable for providing business process and procedure expertise to enable the Product Owner and Scrum Team to effectively evaluate and prioritize team’s backlog. Will also work closely with the Product Owner, software engineers and testers on the Scrum team to deliver on the commitments made during sprint planning. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Contract Duration: 5+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience on a project delivery team in an agile environment, optimally as a member of a Scrum Team.
  • 5+ years of experience and demonstrated understanding of both the business and technical requirements and constraints relative to a team’s backlog of stories.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services industry.
  • Ability to operate as a member of a self-organizing scrum team with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skill.
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex problems, leading with a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a variety of methods across multiple levels within the organization.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Agile certification.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Partner with Product Owner to decompose and refine features and stories to effectively represent business requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Work with the Scrum Team to translate the ‘what’ defined by the Product Owner into the ‘how’.
  • Partner with Product Owner to create user story acceptance criteria.
  • Engage and partner with QA/UAT to design optimal test coverage to validate business outcomes.
  • Create business use cases leveraging deep understanding of business process flow and procedures.
  • Lead process documentation development for change events to include change management approach.
  • Work closely with engineering partners to develop solutions which meet the business requirements in an optimal, lean fashion.
  • Engage in scrum ceremonies.
  • Work across lines of business and teams to minimize risks and drive efficiency for solution.
