  • Partner with Data Science, Marketing Strategy, and Analytics Product teams to create usable, version-controlled, and documented data assets.
  • Translate complex data product needs into enterprise-grade data models, analytical datasets, and actionable insights for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Establish and govern a centralized source of truth for key business metrics such as CPL, LTV, Conversion Rates, and New Enrollments.
  • Implement and manage automated data quality checks, lineage tracking, schema validations, and change alerts to ensure reliability.
  • Promote data discoverability and knowledge-sharing through living documentation, dbt Docs, wikis, data dictionaries, and lineage diagrams.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years in analytics or data engineering, with at least 2 years leading end-to-end data product development.

  • Familiarity with observability and data quality frameworks (e.g., dbt tests, Metaplane, Monte Carlo).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of scaling from legacy data environments to modern enterprise-grade platforms.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience leading analytics/data transformations in highly cross-functional or regulated industries.
  • Passion for building data culture, literacy, and self-service analytics across organizations.
