Seeking a visionary Web Analytics Specialist to be a part of the analysis and optimization of web analytics. This role is about proactively leveraging web analytics to drive strategic insights and improvements. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to enhance our web analytics approach and ensure we stay ahead of industry trends. This is a fully remote opportunity.

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Google Analytics GA4 implementation and management, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, Google Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or comparable technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office toolset.
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and regex.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Snowflake and AWS.
- Power BI, R, or Python
- Data modelling and Machine Learning experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and ensure GA4 implementations align with their specific needs.
- Design and develop comprehensive data tracking and measurement plans, creating detailed implementation guides.
- Implement and maintain all tags, triggers, and variables related to 3rd party marketing tags (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking and data capture.
- Analyze data using GA4 and other sources to uncover actionable insights and trends that drive business decisions.
- Ability to visualize and utilize web analytics in a proactive manner, anticipating trends and driving strategic decisions
- Bring fresh perspectives and visions on how to enhance our web analytics strategy, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design and execute website tests and experiments to optimize performance and user experience.
- Ensure GA4 implementations meet industry standards for data privacy, security, and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough testing on GA4 implementations to guarantee accurate and complete data tracking.
- Troubleshoot GA4 implementation issues and provide actionable recommendations for corrective measures.
- Offer technical support throughout the GA4 implementation process.
- Set up BigQuery connections for GA4 properties to facilitate data storage, extraction, and mining.
