We’re working with a remote-first SaaS company in the advertising measurement space. They’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join their fully remote team (must work U.S. hours). This is a full-time opportunity with a modern AdTech stack including Python, SQL, JavaScript, Google App Scripts, and API integrations.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves combining code with customer success. You’ll act as both a technical problem-solver and a trusted partner to clients, working directly on integration support, internal tooling, and technical enablement. It’s a fast-paced environment with real impact ideal for someone who can move fast, communicate clearly, and bridge the gap between tech and people. There’s a ton of room for growth, ownership, and cross-functional exposure.
Required Skills & Experience
· Proficiency with Python, SQL, and JavaScript
· Hands-on experience with Google App Scripts
· Strong understanding of web behavior
· Experience working with APIs
· Excellent communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
· Strong writing ability - documentation, emails, or client communication
Desired Skills & Experience
· Background in AdTech, MarTech, or experience with MMPs
· Previous experience mentoring or supporting team members
· Startup or high-growth environment experience
· Willingness to occasionally work weekends for priority clients
