A rapidly growing AI-driven professional development company is seeking an experienced certification and curriculum leader to design and launch a global training and credentialing program. The organization builds technology and learning solutions that help individuals and teams identify strengths, sharpen skills, and achieve measurable results in their work and personal growth.
In this role, you’ll create the entire certification ecosystem—covering curriculum design, assessment strategy, delivery platforms, and licensing models—ensuring the program meets rigorous professional standards and can scale internationally. You’ll work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to produce learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and impactful for diverse audiences.
Key Qualifications

5–8+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or professional certification program creation

Strong knowledge of credentialing standards, adult learning methods, and assessment best practices

Demonstrated success in developing and scaling multi-level, global certification programs with measurable learner outcomes

Skilled in translating complex topics into accessible, actionable training materials

Proficiency in psychometrics and leveraging assessment data for continuous improvement

Background in coaching, leadership development, education, or organizational training

Proven ability to manage both the strategic framework and detailed learning content

Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in NYC
Core Responsibilities

Define program structure, levels, prerequisites, timelines, and renewal processes

Develop training for multiple formats—cohort-based, self-paced, and hybrid—across varied professional sectors

Design robust assessments, including applied projects, case studies, and skills demonstrations

Produce comprehensive facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting resources

Select and oversee a learning platform to manage delivery, testing, and recertification

Establish pricing strategies, licensing agreements, and continuing education credit pathways

Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain all required documentation for accreditation
