Forward Deployed Engineer / NYC / On-site

This is an opportunity to join a high-impact engineering team focused on deploying and customizing infrastructure across diverse environments for AI-powered financial systems. This is a full-time, onsite role based in New York City, working with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Datadog, and scripting in Python and Bash to build scalable and resilient infrastructure. You'll work cross-functionally across engineering, sales, and operations to support rapid deployments of complex systems powering decision-making in the financial industry.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing infrastructure rollouts, customizing Kubernetes-based applications, building automation pipelines, and ensuring performance and observability across environments. The ideal candidate blends DevOps and software development thinking, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys solving infrastructure challenges with speed and ownership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• 1–2 years managing Kubernetes clusters in production
• 1–2 years working with Datadog or similar monitoring tools
• 1–3 years of Linux system administration and shell scripting
• 1–2 years of experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management
• Vector databases or search tools such as Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with Rust programming language
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
• Experience in customer-facing or regulated environments
