Job Title: Product Designer
Location: NYC – On-site (5 Days)

Our client ensures patients receive life-changing therapies in a new way; they make treatment both efficient and affordable by simplifying previously complex processes relating to insurance and pharmacy supply chain.

They are looking for a Product Designer to build and scale out their platform and AI-powered workflows across patient applications and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities:

• Create thoughtful, intuitive designs for a wide range of experiences across consumer and enterprise
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to shape priorities and lead initiatives from concept to execution
• Lead user research efforts to stay attuned to user behaviors, challenges, and needs
• Engage with users to gather insights and create impactful, user-centered solutions
• Contribute to expanding design system to enable consistent and scalable

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of professional experience designing digital products & software applications
• End-to-end delivery of B2B SaaS products, displayed in clear case studies
• Strong portfolio with polished, visual design
• Proven comfortability working in a fast-paced, startup environment (combination of startup and big tech work history is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to teammates and stakeholders
• A results-driven mindset, capable of finding creative solutions, and pushing boundaries to meet ambitious goals.

Compensation = $130,000 - $175,000K
