Staff Product Designer

This is a full-time Staff Product Designer opportunity based in NYC or SF, focused on advancing healthcare technology through AI. The role involves reimagining how clinical conversations and workflows are delivered, giving clinicians back valuable time and improving patient care through thoughtful design.

This role offers the chance to take on some of the most challenging and ambiguous design problems in healthcare and AI. You’ll set high standards for visual and interaction design, elevate the craft across the team, and lead end-to-end execution. It’s an opportunity to combine creativity, strategy, and user advocacy in a mission-driven environment where your work will directly impact clinicians and patients.

Required Skills & Experience
· 8–12 years of enterprise product design experience at fast-moving B2B SaaS companies
· Proven track record of end-to-end product design ownership, including research, prototyping, visual design, and launch
· Portfolio demonstrating clean aesthetic, organized structure, strong flow and movement
· Exceptional skills in visual, interaction, and motion design
· Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience in healthcare or other highly complex, regulated industries
· Background collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers
· Ability to balance craft and speed in evolving, ambiguous environments
· In-person availability at least 3 days per week in NYC or SF

Tech Breakdown
· 60% UX and workflow simplification
· 25% Visual and interaction design
· 15% Research and collaboration

Daily Responsibilities
· 70% Hands-on design from research to prototypes and final UI
· 20% Collaboration with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders
· 10% Leadership and design standards setting
