This client is a venture-backed startup building AI-driven tools to transform the due diligence process in private market mergers and acquisitions.
Their platform analyzes deal data rooms using advanced machine learning and delivers the majority of diligence insights in minutes—a process that otherwise takes weeks. The output is an interactive diligence report, enabling investors to evaluate deals earlier and reduce reliance on costly third-party diligence.
As a foundational member of the product design team, you’ll work closely with the CPO and engineering leadership to bring clarity, usability, and polish to a highly technical product. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the entire design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and shipped features used by leading private equity firms and strategic investors.
