They are seeking a hands-on, driven Product Line Manager to take full ownership of multiple product lines from concept through development, launch, and lifecycle management. This role is fully onsite at their factory in Edgewood, Long Island, providing a front-row seat to the manufacturing process and direct collaboration with production teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a physical product environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves. This role offers a clear path to executive leadership for the right individual.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management with physical consumer products.

• Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles from ideation to market.

• Comfortable working full-time onsite in a factory setting.

• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and execution for assigned product lines.

• Drive product development in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Oversee quality, timelines, and cost targets through hands-on factory engagement.

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product decisions.

• Work cross-functionally with design, sales, marketing, and leadership to execute launches and optimize performance.

• Play a strategic role in shaping long-term product vision and business growth.

Compensation & Culture:
