Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company headquartered in New Jersey, focused on streamlining workforce operations in the beauty, health, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Their innovative platform supports real-time communication and reconciliation between manufacturers, packing facilities, and staffing agencies—improving labor coordination in environments where hundreds of temporary workers might be on-site daily. With a strong leadership team, and a collaborative startup environment of just 25 people, they’re building high-impact tools that replace fragmented workflows with efficient, tech-driven solutions.
They are seeking a Product Manager to lead development on one of their most successful products—an end-to-end labor management platform with both a factory-floor tablet interface and a web-based dashboard. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B SaaS or workforce/HCM software, and a passion for designing solutions that are both technically sound and user-centric. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and operations leaders to define use cases, build roadmaps, and deliver features that align directly with customer needs in fast-paced, high-volume environments. This is a pivotal role, stepping in at a time of high product traction and team transition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or workforce management software
- Experience with labor management, staffing platforms, HCM, HRIS, ERP, or payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Rippling)
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate with engineering teams
- Proven success in delivering products and features 0-to-1
- Prior work with data-dense dashboards or large-scale UI systems is a strong asset
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision aligned with company strategy
- Own the roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate daily with developers and designers across time zones (NJ, Poland, Korea)
- Engage directly with end-users and clients to gather feedback and translate it into actionable requirements
- Design and maintain user stories, backlogs, and release plans
- Support go-to-market activities and train stakeholders on new features
- Help define the future of labor management software by identifying new opportunities for innovation
This role offers a base salary in the range of $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with immediate vesting, and generous PTO.
The office is accessible via a free shuttle from Penn Station to Mahwah, and team members are expected to work on-site 3–4 days per week to stay close to both product development and client needs. The company fosters a collaborative, fast-moving environment with a strong focus on mentorship, user empathy, and impactful design.
