Java Developer / Java, Kubernetes / Hybrid Philly

A leading global financial technology organization is seeking a Java Developer to join their engineering team. This team is responsible for building highly scalable, mission-critical systems that power real-time trading, market data, and analytics platforms used by millions of users worldwide. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment while helping modernize cloud-native applications.

This engineering group focuses on developing distributed, cloud-based applications using modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kubernetes. The team is continuing a major cloud transformation and is looking for engineers passionate about scalability, performance, and reliability.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite (Monday–Wednesday)


Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

Experience working with SQL databases

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments

Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

Experience with React is a plus
