A well-established enterprise company in the Greater Philadelphia area is hiring a Lead Engineer to join their growing development team. The organization has been investing heavily in modernizing its core business platforms, including mission-critical backend systems and customer facing web applications. This lead will play a key role in designing, building, and overseeing scalable solutions, leading efforts in cloud migration, and implementing best practices across the full development cycle. It’s a hands-on role that combines technical depth with architectural influence – ideal for someone passionate about building reliable, modern systems in a collaborative team environment. This role is fulltime, 3 days hybrid. Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience
• Java
• Spring
• Rest APIs
• AWS
• Experience with enterprise applications.
