SAP Commerce Engineer

Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a long-standing, North American technology distributor as a SAP Cloud Commerce Developer. This is a fully remote position.

This engineer will focus primarily on advising the team on Cloud Commerce best practices and modernization efforts. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris, an understanding of SAP modernization tools (ECC, HANA, etc.), and a background in Java for the development components. The team is looking for someone who can guide direction on architecture and integrations while still contributing hands-on when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Updated cloud commerce experience (Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud)
• Familiarity with SAP modernization tools (ECC, HANA, etc.)
• Understanding of integrations
• Background in Java
• Strong communication skills and ability to advise teams on best practices

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in cloud transformation initiatives
• Previous involvement in enterprise-scale commerce platforms
