A well-established manufacturer of precision testing and measurement equipment is looking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer to support both new product development and the modernization of legacy systems. This is a hands-on, hardware-focused role where you will work at the board level and take ownership of designs from concept through verification and production.
You will be deeply involved in firmware development, PCB and circuit design, schematic capture, and hardware validation, working closely with lab and test equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical engineering foundation, enjoys end-to-end system ownership, and is excited by long-term product improvement and redesign efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain firmware in C for embedded hardware systems.
Lead PCB board design, including schematic capture, layout collaboration, and design reviews.
Develop and analyze analog and mixed-signal circuits for precision measurement applications.
Support new product development as well as the redesign and modernization of legacy systems.
Perform hands-on hardware bring-up, debugging, and verification using lab and test equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineering.
Document designs, test procedures, and validation results to support long-term maintainability.
Take ownership of hardware systems end-to-end, from initial concept through production support.
The Offer
Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 (flexible depending on experience)
