Senior Systems Engineer / Aerospace / Embedded

A well-established engineering company in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to bring on a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team. This organization builds advanced technology solutions for highly regulated industries, and engineers here get exposure to the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through testing and delivery. This role offers the chance to lead technical initiatives, solve complex engineering challenges, and contribute directly to next-generation products in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

This role is full-time and onsite.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Systems, or Electrical Engineering
· 5+ years of experience in a regulated industry (aerospace, defense, or similar)
· Strong background in systems engineering processes, verification, and validation
· Knowledge of embedded systems and risk management strategies
· Familiarity with engineering tools such as DOORS or JIRA

Desired Skills & Experience
• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with industry compliance standards (FAA, MIL-SPEC, or similar)
