C++ Engineer / Windows Systems / Lead

There is an exciting opportunity for a strong C++ developer to join a small, but growing company in the gaming industry. This is a remote, full-time position that will begin as an individual contributor, but will eventually lead the team. To be successful in this role, you should have senior-level experience with C++, solid experience scaling complex systems, and working within Windows at an API level. Leadership experience is also a plus.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience coding in C++
• Previous or current experience with Windows systems programming
• Experience with scaling high performance systems
• Experience with distributed systems
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated passion for the space

• Background in the gaming industry
