Applied Machine Learning Engineer | ONSITE | PHOENIX, AZ

We are seeking a Senior Applied Data Scientist – Applied Machine Learning to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that power data-driven products and decision-making. In this role, you will develop and operationalize models and AI applications, including solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). You will focus on translating real-world business problems into scalable machine learning systems and ensuring reliable performance in production.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and domain teams to identify opportunities for machine learning and develop practical solutions using modern ML and data science techniques. As a senior contributor, you will lead model development and experimentation, establish best practices for evaluation and monitoring, and support the deployment and scaling of ML systems in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or LLM-based applications
• Model optimization, fine-tuning, or model selection strategies
• Working with real-time or large-scale ML systems
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
